•  Fica documents required for each profile.

•  Delivery address must be accessible during office ours Monday to Friday 08h00-17h00

•  Delivery time is subject to the performance of the license department.

•  The user declares that all information provided are true and correct, and permission is granted by the registered owner to perform license renewals on their behalf.

•  Welicensecars is not responsible for incorrect information on profiles.

•  Welicensecars can not be held responsible for resolving administrative marks and enforcement orders or any other legal issue on your name.

•  Welicensecars will not be able to see any other outstanding vehicle licenses and infringements on your name before renewal or your license disc.

•  Welicensecars can not view the roadworthy state of your vehicle before license renewal.

•  Welicensecars can not be held responsible for re-issuing of your license disc that is withheld for reasons mentioned in Terms and conditions: 6,7,8 and 9.

•  No refunds will be done after the license has been processed and paid for.

•  Refunds will reflect as credit on your profile.

•  License disc will only be issued after payment is made in full.

•  License discs can’t be cancelled once processed.

•  Welicensecars is a license renewal service and cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details on the license disc.

•  Welicensecars can not be held responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect due to failure of service delivery on time.
